Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, during weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time means the time required to prepare, pack and hand your order to the delivery carrier.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
International destinations: 7 to 15 business days
Total estimated delivery time includes both processing time and transit time.
For example:
UK orders usually arrive within 4 to 10 business days after the order is placed.
European orders usually arrive within 6 to 13 business days after the order is placed.
International orders usually arrive within 8 to 18 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs checks, incorrect delivery details, high-demand periods, or circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping Costs
United Kingdom:
Free UK shipping on orders over £200.
For orders under £200, the delivery fee will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Europe and International:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order size, weight and selected shipping method.
All shipping fees are shown before you complete your purchase.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
This email will include tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
7. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or local fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Any customs duties, import fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orvexa is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
