Who pays for return shipping?
For UK customers, eligible returns are free within the 30-day return period. For Europe and international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to make the funds available.
